ClozeLoop integration guide for Google Meet
The ClozeLoop Google Meet integration lets your team score Meet calls against your ClozeLoop scorecard using the transcript Google Meet already produces. This guide covers connecting, using, and removing the integration.
Once a Google Workspace administrator connects Meet, reps see their own recent Meet calls inside ClozeLoop and can score any transcribed call in one click. ClozeLoop reads the Meet transcript and grades it against your team's scorecard.
Access is read-only. ClozeLoop never creates, modifies, or deletes anything in your Google Workspace.
A Workspace administrator does this once. There are two steps, both in your own Google Admin Console.
Step 1: connect your organization.
Step 2: approve ClozeLoop for your users.
Google requires an administrator to approve, in the Admin Console, the read-only permissions ClozeLoop may use for your users. The ClozeLoop card shows the exact values to paste until this is done.

Reps' calls appear in ClozeLoop within a few minutes. The approval can be removed from the same screen at any time.
Google Meet does not have an organization-wide "always transcribe" setting. Transcription is chosen per meeting, and the choice carries to every call in the same meeting space, so each rep only needs to set it once for the meetings that matter.
Calls without a transcript are listed in ClozeLoop as not scoreable, with a reminder to turn transcription on.
Each user sees only their own calls, matched by the email address on their Google Workspace account.
You can disconnect from either side.
Removing the domain-wide delegation entry alone is enough to stop all access to your users' calls.
How ClozeLoop handles Google Meet data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Google Meet card shows a yellow "finish setup" panel. Step 2 above has not been completed, or the Client ID or scopes were pasted with a typo. Re-check the values on the card against the Admin Console entry.
A rep sees no Meet calls. Their ClozeLoop email address must match their Google Workspace email address. An administrator can set a different Google address for a user in ClozeLoop if the two differ. Also check that the rep organized Meet calls within the last 30 days.
A call is listed but cannot be scored. Transcription was not on for that meeting. Turn it on for the meeting space so future calls in it are transcribed.
The connection stopped working. An administrator can reconnect from Admin, then Integrations. If ClozeLoop's access was removed on the Google side, reconnecting restores it.
