Sub-Processors

Last updated August 15, 2026

ClozeLoop uses third-party service providers to deliver its products and services. These providers process information on our behalf under written agreements that require them to protect it consistent with our obligations to our customers.

The categories below describe every function for which a provider may process customer data. Customers and prospects under evaluation can request the current named list, along with a data processing agreement, by emailing info@clozeloop.com.

The named sub-processors within each category are maintained in our vendor register, which is the source of truth for this page. We review the register periodically and update it when sub-processors are added, removed, or materially changed. Material changes involving the processing of customer confidential data are communicated to affected customers in advance where reasonably practicable, as described in our customer agreements.

Model training and model improvement

ClozeLoop does not train, fine-tune, or develop its own machine learning models using customer content, and does not use one customer's content to improve results for another customer.

Language model providers used for scoring and analysis are configured so that content transmitted for analysis is not used for their model training. Verification of this configuration is part of our annual application security review.

Certain other providers, including speech processing providers, operate model improvement programs under which submitted data may be used by that provider to improve its own services. Participation in such programs is typically tied to preferential pricing from the provider. Where ClozeLoop participates, it is disclosed in our Privacy Policy, and customers may request exclusion for their account. Because participation affects provider pricing, an exclusion request may affect that customer's subscription pricing.

Audio retrieved through the Zoom integration is excluded from speech provider model improvement programs, so it is never used to train or improve those providers' models.
