ClozeLoop for Zoom

ClozeLoop integration guide for Zoom

The ClozeLoop Zoom integration lets your team score recorded sales calls against your ClozeLoop scorecard without copying transcripts. This guide covers adding, using, and removing the app.

What it does

Once an administrator connects Zoom, reps see their own recent Zoom cloud recordings inside ClozeLoop and can score any call in one click. ClozeLoop uses the call's Zoom transcript, or transcribes the recording's audio when no transcript exists, and grades it against your team's scorecard.

ClozeLoop reads cloud recordings, meeting participant reports, and Zoom user records only. It never creates, modifies, or deletes anything in your Zoom account.

Requirements

Adding the app

An administrator does this once.

Recommended next step: in Zoom, go to Admin, Account Settings, Recording and enable Create audio transcript, then lock it for all users. New calls will then include a transcript automatically. Older calls are still scoreable, ClozeLoop transcribes the audio for you.

Using the app

Each user sees only their own calls.

Removing the app

You can disconnect from either side, and either one fully removes ClozeLoop's access.

Data and privacy

Full detail is in the Zoom Integration section of our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

A rep sees no calls. Their ClozeLoop email address must match their Zoom user email address. Check that the two match, and that the rep has cloud recordings within the last 30 days.

A call will not score. The recording needs either a Zoom transcript or an audio file. Very short recordings, and recordings still processing in Zoom, may not be scoreable yet.

The connection stopped working. An administrator can reconnect from Admin, then Integrations. If the app was removed on the Zoom side, reconnecting restores access.
